I'm a 30-something Californian who is currently a grad student in English literature. I've been in fandom on and off since 1999 when I first got into anime via Pokemon. I'm still a huge anime fan and Japanophile, but I have trouble keeping up with all the new shows. My pronouns are she/her. I also happen to be legally blind and use a screen reader.
I tend to disappear from DW for random stretches of time, but I'm trying to be more consistent about posting here. I'm a recovering lurker, and I tend to be late to whatever the hot new fandom happens to be. Still, if it's something that you think I'd like, I'd love to hear about it! ♥
