The accessibility alphabet
Feb. 14th, 2015 08:14 pmI have been procrastinating about posting here and doing many other things. I have two tests coming up this week, so I should try to study. However, I found this link. It's an alphabetical list for web accessibility. Since I have been using a screen reader for the last two years, this issue is very close to my heart. However, it is always good to be reminded of the accessibility needs of others. Here's to a more accessible web! :D
Oh, nostalgia...
Feb. 14th, 2015 08:36 pmI just imported the old entries from my dusty and clunky old LJ. ^^; It goes without saying that I have changed a lot since I started using that LJ. Also, there are more typos than I want to count... Anyway, I never imported them before because I intended to keep my two accounts separate. So much time has passed that I no longer care. For completion's sake, they're all here now.
Also, yesterday, I finished Tolkien's translation of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. It's wonderful! :D I have wanted to read this poem ever since I read about it when we were studying Joseph Campbell and the hero's journey. Now, I need to finish the other two poems which are included in this collection--Pearl and Sir Orfeo.
